This is a rental business, related to a property at the Caribbean coast of Costa Rica. 

We have two houses on the property, a guard lives here near the entrance, and the property is secure with gate and a 7 year history in the area free from drama.

The property is located on a hilltop, overlooking a valley and with the sea visible from most every position at the property.   Both houses have large decks designed for eating outdoors and enjoying the views, the wildlife - including Toucans, Howler monkeys, and many birds and insects.  

We care about this property, the energy here is healing and peaceful, we offer these homes as a business to both maintain the houses and to share the peace and immersion with the natural world available here.

Our intention is simple.
